This is a private property with a stunning lake view on Trasimeno, it's a Villa for vacation rental completely renovated, with a unique construction that belongs to an old tower of the year 1.000 - It's a stone and wooden made house on an old tower of the year 1762 , a unique medieval structure where all the interiors has been rebuilt with a special attention to its own particularity, with huge interior walls of more than 1mt. where you can find all the freshness you need in summertime!

Our Villa is not only a place where you can spend your holidays in Umbria with friends or family, but it is a place where you can experience the atmosphere of times gone by, an immersion in an environment reminiscent of the Middle Ages, where the stones tell stories of life lived and exude the energy of tranquillity and serenity. It is a place to live, where you can rediscover interpersonal relationships and soothe your soul. Villa Primaluce is an Italian unique experience, thanks to its strategic position it offers a stunning 180° view of Lake Trasimeno and magnificent peaceful corners where you can read a book, sip a drink or a hot tea, where you can organize unforgettable dinners with your guests.

You can even book your vacation directly with the owner sending to us your request and we'll be happy to answer to you also sending our "Primaluce Brochure" that we've prepared exclusively to let our guests organize in the best way their daily tours in the areas around, discovering many old towns and hidden gems of both Umbria and Tuscany.
It can accomodate up to 8 adults (plus 2 kids), with 4 double rooms and 4 bathrooms. Mind that is not possible to rent only bedrooms, as we only rent all the structure weekly from Saturdays. If you will be more than 8 people we can also add our private and cozy Cottage to reach the number of your party 'till a total of 10 adults plus 2 kids, with stunning view on Trasimeno lake!
All the property is all private for your own use, into nature with a stunning view on Trasimeno lake.
The main village near is Passignano sul Trasimeno, about 15 min. by car.

Medieval stile all renovated Country house into Nature on Trasimeno lake, with 4 double rooms and 4 bathrooms, a big private salted pool 12 mt. x 6 mt. plus a tennis table, sauna and little fitness room. FREE Wi-Fi is provided in all the structure.

Salted water big pool opened from May to the first Saturday of October, tennis table and trampoline are provided.

A vacation into nature with a fresh big living room surrounded by big ancient stones in summertime! AC in all the bedrooms. One double room with 1 bathroom is located on the ground floor and the other three double rooms with 3 bathrooms are on the first floor. Just mind that there are three steps to reach the main entrance of the Villa. The Villa also provides a big full furnished characteristic Kitchen. Hair dryers provided in each of the 4 bathrooms. Each bad has 4 pillows and beds are very comfortable. The Villa is a non-smoking house, people can only smoke outdoor. You can park all your cars inside with a private free parking just in front of the house.

You will enjoy holidays relaxing and sleeping in a great peaceful area surrounded by nature about 15min. by car from restaurants and lake area is about 5km away. Passignano sul Trasimeno is less than 15 min. by car, this little medieval village on lake is a really cozy place where you can find all the facilities for your needs. There are ferries that can carry you to the Mayor Island (Isola Maggiore) where you can explore an ancient and traditional fisherman location. Passignano sul Trasimeno village also has a nice tower with cozy stone made buildings around up on a little hill to discover. The location of Villa Primaluce is really closed to Italian Art cities: Cortona, Montepulciano, Florence, Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Gubbio, Siena and many others that you can discover on our Villa Primaluce Brochure. About 10 minutes from Passignano sul Trasimeno by car, located into forest.
We also have Extra services for our guests, as Cooking Classes, Italian dinners and home made pizza provided from an Italian Chef, housekeeper services on requests.

The property is surrounded by 11 mq of Olives trees and nature around. You can also have nice walkings into the forest paths.
Our swimming pool is salted and usually opened from May to early October, it depends by weather.
